December 19: 4911 105-108, 205-208, 305-308 4921 101-102, 201-204, 301-304

Winter Weather Reminders

  1. In the event of inclement weather, please remember that snow removal is a shared responsibility between The Gardens at Twin Hickory residents and the staff. Our team works diligently to remove snow and ice from the parking lots, sidewalks, and stairways throughout the community. Please be patient when calling about snow removal requests.
  2. We recommend that you park your cars approximately 3ft from the curb when weather predictions include snow accumulation, this will help our team when clearing the sidewalks.
  3. The heat and the hot water in your apartment comes from the same tank. This means that if you have your heat turned up, it can drain the available hot water from your tank. This could result in less hot water when you wish to take a shower. It may be necessary to turn your thermostat down a few degrees about 30min before taking a shower to ensure that you have hot water.
  4. As the weather continues to change, please do not turn your AC on when the temperature outside is below 65 degrees. This will cause the AC unit to freeze. When this happens, the AC will not work and it cannot be fixed until it has thawed. If your AC has frozen, it can take a very long time to thaw because of the cold weather.

Please say Happy Birthday to…
