Fall Line Fest - Friday, Sept. 5 & Saturday, Sept. 6
Two days of music all over town. One pass, multiple venues, plus at least 30 and more music acts from across the country right here in downtown Richmond. A few of the musicians include Grammy-nominated Cheick Hamala Diabate (who appeared at last year’s Folk Festival), Avers, Matthew White, Ki: Theory, Black Girls and many many more. Happening at The National, The Camel, The Broadberry, The Sara November Theatre, Gallery 5 and Strange Matter.
All Brass Kick Off Bash at the Modlin Center - Sunday, Sept. 7
University of Richmond’s Modlin Center kicks off their new season with a blow-out bash on the Westhampton Green featuring the No BS! Brass Band, food trucks, beer trucks and more performances throughout the day from Slavic Soul Party, Brooklyn’s Red Baraat and the Grammy-winning Rebirth Brass Band. Bring your blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the show. Doors open at noon, performances throughout the day.
