Bistro 27: A three-course prix fixe menu for $29 per person from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Course One: Butternut Squash Soup or Bistro Salad or Caesar Salad. Course Two:Turkeyand Ham or Prime Rib Au Jus or Flounder Filet Almandine (Sides, served family style: roasted butternut squash, green beans with almonds, sautéed corn, mashed potatoes, stuffing). Bistro Bobette: This Shockoe Slip favorite will present a three-course Thanksgiving Day. The entrée selection includes to sides and is a choice of: Roasted Turkey Breast; pumpkin seed crusted salmon; marinated beef stew in red wine carrot onion bacon mac & cheese; or lamb roast. The Boathouse (both locations): A Thanksgiving buffet for $43 per person, $19 for kids age 6-12 and free for kids under 6. Seatings at 12:30 / 1:30 / 2:30 / 3:30 / 4:30.
The Dining Room At The Berkeley Hotel: A traditional Thanksgiving four-course meal will be served at this Shockoe Slip spot for $59 per person. Entrées Pink Pepper Roasted Turkey Breast; Cumin Dusted Scallops; Seared Lamb Chops; House Made Sage andGouda Sausage; Pan Seared Rainbow Trout; and Fried Polenta Batonnets. Seatings at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Reservations required.
The Glen Restaurant: A mix of the classics with a twist, this Thanksgiving buffet includes Slow Roasted Dark Turkey Meat in Pan Gravy; Southern Fried Crispy Pork Cutlets with Mango & Green Onion Salsa; Pistachio Crusted Cod with Pumpkin Cream Sauce; Grandma’s Green Bean Casserole with Cheddar Cheese and Crispy Fried Onions and Pumpkin Cheesecake Shooters to top it all off. Adults $40. Children ages 6-12 $20. Children under 5 are free. Reservations recommended.
Half Way House Restaurant: The Half Way House has been a local Thanksgiving staple for generations. From noon to 7 p.m. they will be serving traditional Thanksgiving meals, like the Roast Turkey dinner with Dressing, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Green Beans, Sweet Potato Soufflé and Fresh Cranberry Sauce for $29. With the same sides, you can get the Sugar-cured Virginia Ham with Pineapples and Cherries for the same price. All entrees are also served with Baked Stuffed Potato, Vegetable and Homemade Rolls. Hondos: This West End steakhouse will have a bountiful Thanksgiving buffet, including Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts with Prosciutto, Creamed Corn, Candied Yams, Roasted Tom Turkey and Honey glazed Ham, from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Adults are $32.95, Children under 12, $15.95. Maggiano's: This Italian-American favorite is serving up a three-course family-style turkey dinner for $36.95 per person and $17.95 for children (ages 5-12).
M Bistro & Wine Bar: One of Richmond’s newest restaurants is jumping on the Thanksgiving dinner offerings with a $55 per person four-course menu that includes a glass of sparkling wine. The selection includes starters like Braised short rib Wellington and Fried Green Tomato & Crab Cakes Napoleon; a soup course; entrees like Scaloppini Turkey Gramolata with Sweet Potato Soufflé & Short Bean Casserole and Grilled Bison Tenderloin, and desserts. Dinner served from noon to 7 p.m.
Mint New Casual Cuisine: No reservations here, just walk-in at 5 p.m. through dinner for the full menu or Sweet Potato Biscuits with Edwards Country Ham and Pepper Jelly to our Main Plates: Grilled 12 ounce Pork Chop, Brined in Bourbon and Sweet Tea served with wonderful Corn Pudding.
The Omni Richmond Hotel: This Shockoe Slip favorite is serving a traditional Thanksgiving buffet including, salads, seafood and sides, plus entrées like: Sliced Beef with Cognac Demi Glace; Crab Crusted Cod with Lemon Cream; Carved to Order Maple Glazed Turkey with Giblet Sauce and much more. There will be a Children’s Buffet as well as a Dessert Extravaganza. The buffet is $41 per person, $16.95 for kids 6 to 12 and $30.95 for seniors. Children under 6 eat free. Sam Miller's: Three-course prix fixe menu for $40 per person includes items like Crab Soup, Butternut Squash Bisque, Turkey Dinner, Turkey and Ham Dinner, Petite Filet or Sam Miller's Crab Cakes and seasonal desserts. Reservations accepted.
Shula's America's Steakhouse: Thanksgiving Dinner in Short Pump at Shula’s. Roast Turkeyand Dressing with Giblet Gravy or Baked Virginia Ham with Brown Sugar Glaze with Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Roasted Candied Yams and Boule and Butter. Dessert is Pecan Pie or Pumpkin Pie. Served 1- 7 p.m. $39 per person, $22 under 12. Carry-out is also available. Reservations recommended.
Tarrant’s Café: This downtown spot will be open for the Thanksgiving holiday and offering a special turkey dinner plus its regular menu. Open 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Reservations recommended.
The Tobacco Company: This Shockoe Slip landmark is serving an old-fashioned Harvest Dinner, including Roast Turkey Breast and Cherry wood Baked Ham, Sweet Potato Casserole, Fresh Green Beans with Toasted Almonds and Caramelized Onions, Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes and Southern Cornbread Stuffing, plus a special a la carte menu.. The per-plate price is $26.95 for adults and $11.95 for children 12 and under. Other menu items are also available. Reservations accepted between 9 a.m. and 5 pm.
