The Gardens at Twin Hickory

There are some very fun events coming up in Richmond. They are totally unique too. Living in an apartment in Richmond, VA is exciting because there is so much to do, but these events add a whole new dimension.

The Richmond Challenge – This is the Ultimate Urban Scavenger Race which is coming to the Old Dominion on Saturday, August 20th!

The Challenge is an “Amazing Race” style competition packed into one day. The teams of two or more run around the city, racing against other challengers. They need to solve clues, find the best route, and they get to explore undiscovered corners of the city.

And at the finish line, we’ll welcome you back with cold water, food and drink specials, music, costume contest and awards ceremony for our winners!

9th Annual Seafood Splash - Join us August 27, from 12pm to 7pm, for the 9th Annual Seafood Splash. With all you can eat crabs, fish, chicken and more. Live music too, local and regional artists will be performing.  This event is from 12pm to 7pm. Enjoy the big pool, paddle boat area, basketball court, and horseshoes with games and prizes throughout the entire event.
